LawFlow is a Kemper Zell venture. It is built to fix the slow, manual parts of running a small firm: slow replies, unclear fees, client onboarding, KYC checks and keeping clients updated. The firm stays the law firm. LawFlow is the software.
LawFlow is in a private pilot and is not yet open to the public.
New enquiries come in by email or a smart form, and the AI gathers the client's details and writes a short summary. Any AI agent always says it is an AI.
A fixed-fee quote, with its section 150 notice, prepared from the firm's own price table. The solicitor approves every quote.
Client onboarding, due diligence and KYC in one flow, with checks such as CRO, RBO, sanctions, PEP and ID. Client money is paid only into the firm's own client account.
First drafts built from the firm's own precedents. The solicitor reviews and signs off every draft, and the client gets plain-English notes.
One place for the firm's matters, diary and tasks, so everyone can see what is due and who is on it.
Firms will be able to sign up, onboard themselves and manage their own LawFlow settings from a firm admin area.
Optional add-ons for firms: an AI-built website and marketing services, wired into LawFlow and charged at a flat fee, never per lead.
